Service Engagement

When you request services through our website, you initiate a consultation process. Formal engagement begins upon mutual agreement of scope, timeline, and payment terms.

We reserve the right to decline service requests that do not align with our expertise or capacity.

Payment Terms

Services require payment in full before work commences unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed in writing. Prices are stated in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Payment does not guarantee specific outcomes. Fees cover professional time, analysis, and strategic guidance, not employment results.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be specified in your engagement agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled consultations may qualify for rescheduling or partial refunds.

Work already completed is non-refundable. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of peak-fable and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
